How do I connect my social media accounts?+

After signing up, go to Dashboard โ†’ Connected Accounts. Click Connect next to each platform and complete the OAuth authorization. Your credentials are encrypted โ€” we never store passwords.

Which social platforms are supported?+

LinkedIn (profiles and company pages), Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, TikTok, and YouTube. Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

How does AI content generation work?+

Describe what you want โ€” a product post, tips article, or promo video โ€” and the AI generates platform-specific text, image, or video for your review. Edit, approve, or regenerate before it publishes.

Can I schedule posts in advance?+

Yes. Schedule individual posts at specific times, or use Smart Scheduling where the AI picks the optimal posting time per platform based on your audience's activity.

Is my account data secure?+

All OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We use Supabase with Row Level Security. You can revoke access to any platform at any time from your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Cancel anytime from Dashboard โ†’ Billing โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You retain access until the end of the billing period. For assistance, email billing@gjtglobe.com.

What if a scheduled post fails to publish?+

You receive an email notification immediately. The most common cause is an expired OAuth token โ€” reconnect the platform to fix it. Our team monitors all publishing failures.
