1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of GJT Marketer AI, operated by GJT Globe Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
GJT Marketer AI is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to generate, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If using on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
4. Social Media Platform Terms
By connecting your social accounts, you agree that:
→You will comply with each platform's terms of service (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube)
→You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service
→You will not use the Service to violate any platform's community guidelines
→You authorize GJT Marketer AI to act as your agent for publishing content you approve
→You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the platform
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
✗Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
✗Violate any applicable law or regulation
✗Infringe intellectual property rights of others
✗Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
✗Bypass platform rate limits or API restrictions
✗Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
6. Subscription and Billing
Plans: Starter ($29/mo), Growth ($99/mo), Agency ($299/mo). Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Contact billing@gjtglobe.com within 7 days.
7. AI-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content published through the Service. Always review AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific results.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GJT Globe Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GJT GLOBE PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
